These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of this website and the services provided by TruVision Auto Glass, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website, requesting a quote, scheduling service, or allowing work to be performed, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

TruVision Auto Glass, LLC provides mobile auto glass repair and replacement services, including but not limited to windshield replacement, windshield repair, fleet vehicle glass service, and heavy equipment glass service. Services are performed at customer-specified locations when conditions allow.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All pricing is vehicle-specific and provided by quote unless otherwise stated in writing.

Quotes are based on information provided by the customer, including vehicle make, model, year, features, glass type, and damage description. Final pricing may change if additional factors are discovered during service, including but not limited to:

  • Hidden damage

  • Calibration requirements

  • Moldings, hardware, or corrosion

  • Incorrect or incomplete vehicle information

Quotes are not guaranteed until confirmed and approved.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointment times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, prior job complexity, or material availability.

Customers are asked to provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to be available at the scheduled service location may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Mobile Service Conditions

Mobile service requires a safe and suitable work environment. TruVision Auto Glass, LLC reserves the right to reschedule or refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather

  • Inadequate workspace

  • Safety hazards

  • Restricted access

5. Insurance Claims

Customers may choose their preferred auto glass provider when filing an insurance claim. TruVision Auto Glass, LLC may assist with insurance-related documentation; however, the customer remains responsible for all charges not covered by insurance, including deductibles or denied claims.

Insurance approval does not guarantee full payment.

6. Workmanship and Materials

We use quality materials and industry-accepted installation methods. Any workmanship warranty is limited to the scope stated at the time of service and does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, subsequent repairs, or external factors.

7. ADAS and Vehicle Systems

Some vehicles require Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) recalibration following windshield replacement. It is the customer’s responsibility to disclose all vehicle features. TruVision Auto Glass, LLC is not responsible for malfunctioning systems caused by pre-existing conditions or undisclosed features.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TruVision Auto Glass, LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Delays caused by third-party suppliers, weather, or conditions beyond our control

Liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate vehicle information

  • Removing personal items as needed

  • Ensuring access to the service location

  • Inspecting work upon completion and promptly reporting concerns

10. Website Use

All content on this website is for informational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that information is complete or current.

Unauthorized use of this website or its content is prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

TruVision Auto Glass, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this website.
